What we keep and what we do not

Last updated 2026-10-31. This policy is for bestukuleles.com and its brand subdomains.

Reaching us by email

The only contact route on this site is [email protected]. If you write to it, we see your address and whatever you put in the message, and we keep it only as long as needed to answer or to act on a correction or removal request. We do not add you to a list and we do not pass the address on.

Server records

Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs exist for security and to spot breakage. They are not used to build profiles of visitors and are not combined with anything else.

Storage in your own browser

The catalog picker stores your choices in your browser's localStorage so the page remembers them on your next visit. That data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

California residents

We do not sell personal information as that term is used under the CCPA. There is no data broker arrangement here and no sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising on our part.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Asking us to delete something

Email [email protected] with the subject line deletion request and tell us what you want removed, such as a message you sent. We will confirm once it is done. Note that we cannot delete anything held by Amazon or another retailer from a click on their site.

Visit counts

This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
